• Scientific & Service Data: To generate nanobodies, we collect the antigen identities and antigen sequences you submit to our platform.
• Guanaco Labs Generated Data: We independently generate sequencing data resulting from our llama immunizations based on your submissions.
• Technical Data: We automatically collect basic log data (e.g., IP addresses, browser types) necessary for website functionality and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following operational and developmental purposes:

• Providing Services: To execute the generation of nanobodies in llamas as a service and deliver the resulting data to you.
• Algorithm Training: We use submitted antigen identities, sequences, and the resulting immunization data to train, test, and improve "Vicuna," our proprietary nanobody prediction algorithm.
• Account Management: To process transactions, maintain your account, and provide customer support.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with essential third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business:

• Hosting Services: Your data is stored and processed securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Special Deletion Requests: If you require the deletion of your submitted antigen sequences, you must submit a special request by emailing help@guanacolabs.com.

5. International Data Transfers

Guanaco Labs is located in the United States. If you are accessing our services from Europe, Latin America, or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring your data to the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer and processing via AWS in the United States, safeguarded by standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

• Access & Portability: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
